Horrible experience. The worst.

Run away. The food (as few as there are), is mediocre. When there's no more, you don't put it back. Breakfast almost non-existent (cheese bar and sausage). Every night, pasta and rice. No Moroccan specialties. No fruit. No yogurt,..... The doors to the terraces do not close (security????). No shower curtain. No water (when there is, it is yellow). We are very far from a 4 star.

Very disappointing for the price and a '4 star' hotel

the first night was too loud because of the night club in the building that I couldn't sleep at all. The next morning I informed the reception if we didn't get quieter rooms that we were leaving the hotel. Only because of this did we get other rooms. -Rooms: -the door lock is very uncertain (see photo) when asked if it can be repaired, was the answer; is already very safe so!! -The toilets door does not close, and squeaks very loud (see photo) -The bathtub is rusted (see photos, from 2 rooms) and has no curtain, after each shower the bathroom is full of water. -The towels you only get when the old ones have been washed and dried. Very old and used up.
-the safe is not fixed (see photo)
-Breakfast: -Breakfast was catastrophic, if you go to the restaurant only after 9 o'clock you won't find anything to eat (see photos). -All the time you won't find any cups -Coffee machine of the worst quality (old machine with slot for money!!) -The juice was filled with buckets -Sausage of the worst quality -Only rice and onion available from 9 o'clock (see photos) In the end we have had breakfast 4 out of 10 days away -Reception: after 5 o'clock the lady at the reception says she can't do anything. When I asked to call her supervisor, the answer was: 'there is no such thing, she would represent the management from 5pm'!! nevertheless she can't offer anything at all because she 'only' works on reception!!
I can't even understand the 4 star rating.

Excellent stay ruined by 1 receptionist.

I have stayed here alot of times over 10 years.
Alot of staff have recently changed, the room lady's are very nice who clean the room, staff at bar, restursunt and also by pool are good.
Muhammad and Driss the porters are excellent and the females behind the reception who seem all new from my last visit are also friendly.
Now, I stayed in this hotel loads of times even when it was best western. I met the owner Samantha a few times and she was also a nice lady, however my one one star review is due to one person at the reception "AbdelKbir". He called me a liar, he was shouting at reception on 27th febuary at 18:00, CCTV will show his attitude with me. We left some items in the hotel and Most of them were sent by taxi to the airport by Driss which was excellent however the receptionist made my wife cry and called me a liar and was shouting at me infront of guests. This made our 1 week stay at the hotel a very bad and miserable experience at the end. I don't know how this receptionist obtained his customer service skills or is even allowed to work behind a desk. Terrible attitude.

Noisy room

The hotel is well located 10 minutes from the beach. My experience at the hotel was very negative. They put them in room 230 and it was three nights of terror. The room is on top of a bar/disco where the music played up until five in the morning in loud and good sound. We made several complaints but never from the side of the reception proposed to solve the matter, showing themselves even angry when after 3 nights without sleep we insisted on the problem. They managed to spoil our supposed days of rest. Here's the warning, always ask if the room is next to a nightclub.

Not recommended

Bad experience, do not have the attention of a category 4 stars, broken furniture, old and neglected. The food, at breakfast you have to wait for the utensils and little variety. Dinner of the three nights same dishes 4 to be exact, little quantity, poor quality without taste and the service abysmal. Not recommended. We're not coming back.
