Highly recommended

An oasis of calm in the heart of the kasbah, lovely staff, lovely decor, good value. Nice roof terrace, tiny pool (3 metres?). Drinks, beers and snacks on demand, spotlessly clean. 5 rooms of various sizes. Accessible on foot only, via tight alleys, check directions carefully. Very highly recommended ...

Fantastic little riad in the centre of town.. stunning accommodation, fantastic food, super friendly staff and owners, very welcoming.. nothing was too much trouble. Definitely would recommend.. an absolutely beautiful place.. ❤️

My stay at this hotel was nothing short of awful. At the end of my stay, I was overcharged for the city tax despite having a confirmation email from Hotels.com clearly showing the amount due. The staff refused to honor it, which felt dishonest and left a bad final impression.
The hotel itself is extremely noisy. A rooster crowed loudly every night, and it sounded like it was right next to my ear. It was impossible to sleep with the constant noise, which completely ruined the experience. Combined with the dated and dusty rooms, it felt more like a poorly maintained hostel than a hotel. The property desperately needs renovations and a thorough cleaning.
The breakfast was disappointing and inadequate. It consisted of just two small pieces of bread, a dry, sweet bun, a tiny portion of yogurt, and a small glass of orange juice that wasn’t even filled. When I politely asked for a refill, I was refused. It was insulting.
To make matters worse, the heating/air conditioning was broken, and the worker at the hotel was downright creepy. He seemed to be watching us all the time, monitoring what we were doing, and even followed us to the supermarket in a suspicious manner. This made us feel extremely uncomfortable throughout our stay.
On top of all this, the worker at check in didn’t speak English at all, making communication a nightmare.
Overall, this hotel was a complete letdown. I would never stay here again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone.

Comfortable and romantic

The Riad is located in the south of Marrakesh's Medina, a few minutes from Jemaa el Fna square. It offers a small outdoor swimming pool, a patio where you can enjoy a tea in total relaxation, an outdoor terrace where you can have an excellent breakfast or sunbathe. Beautiful, well decorated rooms, original bathroom with adequate courtesy set. Very friendly and helpful staff. Breakfast, as mentioned before, was good and matches the polite and romantic atmosphere of the structure. Also recommended for the location.

We felt like family when staying here! The staff is incredibly helpful, hospitable and kind! Everyone went out of their way to make sure we had the best experience in Marrakech! We would definitely recommend this place! The food is incredible! Breakfast was such a treat and we dined there 2 evenings and it was like having a private dinner on the rooftop terrace.
