There was wedding in a hall of the hotel and loud music lasted until 2 am in midnight.

good but not everything

The hotel was very good, spotless, the pool was very good, everything was correct, but the treatment of the staff was not good, they arranged a taxi for us to the Medina for 200 DH and the return from the Medina cost us 75DH, the benefit of the staff/hotel for The management seems abusive to me.

Bfff!!!!

Nice hotel but the welcome leaves something to be desired; the 2 young women not very welcoming at all!!!!!!!! the lifeguard and the waiters at the top!!!! You have to wait 100 years to get towels , the hygiene of the toilet brush is limited we broke an oarfum that we reported; we received no excuses or compensation, we were just warned!!!!frankly the hotel is not up to par of what he claims to be!! too bad....

EVERYTHING BUT A 4 STAR HOTEL!

Anything but a 4-star hotel!
Despite a beautiful swimming pool and a good location, this hotel is not a 4-star hotel, on the contrary.
Very unwelcoming or even unpleasant staff, sloppy cleaning, ordinary breakfast, boiling room since the hotel also hosts weddings which prevents rest, one in two towels are forgotten by the cleaning ladies...
We spent 10 days in this hotel and we regret it…
The only positive point: the lifeguard Wahid who, unlike his colleagues, always had a smile and was very helpful!
I do not recommend this hotel at all.
