Very nice hotel - with friendly staff. Clean, compact room. Food was good, especially the pizzas. Hot items at the breakfast buffet were cold - could have been kept hot! You can walk for 5 minutes to the park where there is a boardwalk and playground alongside the river/lake and a bar to have a drink overlooking the water.

Beira Trip

Stayed here for 2 nights on A business trip. The hotel is centrally located which is good, for services I will rate average, the staff were very helpful, I got to the hotel without my suitcase as my airline left it at my last transit. The staff at the hotel helped me find a store to get some emergency clothes and also get a new calling sim.

Never again

Almost everything is wrong. There are better options available.
Location was OK if you are doing business in downtown Beira.
Room size is OK but basic furniture and poor lighting.
Terrible tiny bathroom and shower.
Bed was uncomfortable with a hard mattress, hardly hotel standard.
Noisy air-conditioning.
Slow almost non existent wifi.
Breakfast wasn't too good.
Only saving grace are the staff. In reception and at breakfast they were always willing to greet you with a smile.

a hidden gem

I spent 2 nights here. Overall, it was a good experience. Clean, quiet & comfortable. Wifi worked well. The front desk were amazing. Very helpful no matter what I needed. The breakfast buffet was fine. I would definitely return again, if I was passing through.
