Another great stay, super efficient check in process, wonderful service at the Churchill bar too. Room was tidy, clean and well appointed - only minor complaint was that you could hear a bit of hallway noise thru the main door

Every member of the staff displayed excellent customer service and a “can do” attitude.
The hotel is located on Queen Street, within walking distance from many attractions such as the Sky Tower and Auckland Harbor plus many stores and restaurants.

Its a good hotel but I really detest the bad air conditioning and the forced set temperature. I had very bad sleep in a way to hot room

Good location for CBD Auckland. Very convenient access to one of the main streets.
The room we stayed was with a view of the Sky City, which is the highest point in the Southern hemisphere.
Staffs are friendly making the stay really homey.
