Excellent Service and Hospitality
Food was excellent all the catering staff was friendly and well behaved.
We feel it's our 2nd home.
Definitely we will refer to all our contacts to stay in BWP.

⛔️Best Western Premium Muscat Hotel is not recommended⛔️
It is not clean at all.
We are three, but there is one toothbrush! Nothing is perfect. Even there is an empty box of comb!!!!
The extra bed that we paid for it, is for a teenage not an adult without matres!
Cups are in different shapes and not clean. There is a sign of lipstick on one of them!
When we entered the room nothing was ready!
No slippers, no sheets, ...
The receptionist didn't know that the room that was given to us, doesn't have the king bed!
Old and torn furniture!
The toilet paper and tissue were used
The staff are confused without energy and happy face
I don't recommend it.
