Great hotel with fantastic staff!
Great thanks to among others Karolina, Roman, Denys, Filip and Matiasz in the reception, and in the restaurant and hotel bar we got a lovely meal and service from among others Kristina and chef Jacek. We also ordered room service one night and the gentleman who came with the food was fantastic service minded and smiling. Unfortunately, I didn’t get the name, but he had visited Prekestolen in Norway a couple of years ago.
The cleaning staff was also very friendly and always greeted with a smile when we met them in the hallways.
We had a suite on the 4th floor and the room was fantastic! Separate bedroom for us adults and children slept on the bedroom in the dormitory. The bathroom was separate from the toilet room, which was very convenient, so that some could bath while others could use the toilet at the same time.
The bed was very comfortable and we slept well.
We decided not to use the room cleaning, as we only had to be there for 4 days, and for this we received free drinks coupons for both adults and children that could be used in the hotel bar. The children also received their own package of slippers, activity booklets, colored beacons and hotel passports.
If I’m going to pick up something, I would like to want a larger selection of smoothies and hot food for breakfast, but you can book rooms without breakfast included, if you want.
We loved it and would love to come back!

Fabulous Hotel in the Heart of Old Town!
The location couldn’t have been any better and is perfect for those who are looking to stay in the heart of the old town!
The breakfast was really nice and we always received a friendly welcome and farewell from the reception and restaurant staff.
The room was clean, tidy and spacious which provided us with a lot of comfort.
My only criticism would be the spa could benefit from something like a jacuzzi to enhance the experience.
