Hotel ok na nocleg lub dwa

Pokoje nieduże ale funkcjonalne i ładnie urządzone. W łazienkach brak mydełek czy szamponów pod prysznic. Hotel dość nowy, czysty, w hotelu bar i restauracja oraz duża sala bankietowa - bardzo fajna na przyjęcia weselne. Hotel położony przy starej trasie Kraków - Tarnów niedaleko od zjazdu z autostrady. Położenie wśród pól i zabudowań. Plusem jest bardzo duży parking - szczególnie jeśli chodzi o przyjęcia weselne czy inne uroczystości.

Omijac z daleka!!!!! Nękanie, zastraszanie przez hotel !!!

Jakis mezczyzna z hotelu GRAAL (do tej pory nie wiem z kim rozmawialam) w godzinach wieczornych neka mnie telefonami grożąc policją, sądem, itd, itp, krzyczy, wyzywa od oszustow na 3 DNI PRZED TERMINEM PLATNOSCI FAKTURY na 765zl !!! (ktora zreszta zostala w terminie uregulowana!). Dostalam tez szereg maili nie podpisanych z imienia i nazwiska w podobnym tonie. Wynika to z faktu, ze osmielilam sie zapytac mailowo o powod niedotrzymania ustalen pisemnych i ustych przez hotel wzgledem moich gosci weselnych. Dodatkowo goscie narzekali na pijackie libacje w sasiednich pokojach co uniemozliwialo im spokojny sen. Nie bylo tez na recepcji nikogo, komu mogliby zglosic zaistniala sytuacje. Za opisanie sytuacji na facebooku (strona GRAALA - Recenzje) dostalam pismo z pozwem do sądu!!! za naruszenie "dobrego imienia" hotelu :D Mysle, ze jest to godny nastepca WILLI KARPATIA!!! OMIJAC Z DALEKA!!! NIE POLECAM!!!!
