We loved Mercure but Expedia transferred us to this property from Colina Guesthouse but did not give us the free parking nor the free breakfast for the two night stay which they said would be included. This cost us over 80 euros extra. We contacted Expedia. They said they would clear up the problem. They did not. I will do my hotel booking elsewhere.

The internet in the room didn't work and the receptionist didn't mind my questioning.

The internet didn 't work in the room , I complained and the receptionist did not pay attention . I asked for rain guard , they didn 't have , everything we asked for didn 't have . Doesn't look standard Mercure. Very weak I do not recommend to anyone. We use the network thinking it's standard but I didn't see it in this hotel

If not for the mattress we would have given it an excellent. The mattress was so hard and like sleeping on a box spring. It was actually painful to us.
The hotel is two blocks from the center where there is no traffic. Our usual hotel was booked so we tried this one.
Clean and friendly. The food was excellent also.

Even though we have paid for breakfast and have it in black and white on our reservation the receptionist insisted that we have to pay extra for breakfast

You handled me very well.

The basic option and that meets very well. Very spacious and comfortable room. A good bathroom. Breakfast taste, a basic that serves very well with polite and attentive staff. I felt a lack of items in the bathroom with soap and bar and moisturizer.Great location.
