Booked two rooms here. 1 room was all good older and tasteful, comfortable bed and 2nd room was kinda motel vibes, needed updates badly. Bed was terrible. But staff was friendly and trying to do their best with what they had available.

Hotel itself was unique and a very good standard. Fine details were disappointing. No hot water for the shower. 2 towels only for 2 adults. No programmes available on tv which we have never experienced before. This spoilt our stay there b

Rooms weren’t ready and we were on the 3 rd floor and no elevators were working . No blankets, not enough towels and no coffee, not even outside the hotel and no coffee is no fun if your a coffee person

This probably used to be a grand old hotel, but is now a bit rundown. The elevator is very small and finicky; some lights in our room didn't work; there wasn't always hot water. Internet connection was very spotty, making it difficult to do any serious work. The bar and restaurant were sometimes open and sometimes not. But, the staff were all friendly and tried to be helpful.

I reserved two rooms (pre-paid). They only gave us one. I am still requesting a refund for the second room that was not available. The rooms are deteriorated, the carpets are ripped and the room and bathroom seem to be dirty. I requested more towels because we all stayed in one room, although promised they were never delivered. Parking area is limited what causes problems if you want to remove your car and another is blocking you. The hotel personnel didn't care to help us.
