Excellent B&B in quite neighborhood with views of both Table Mountain and the bay

Bayview Guesthouse is located in quiet neighborhood convenient for Table Mountain and hiking Lion's Peak. Our room was spacious and had wonderful view of Table Mountain and private balcony. The property has a smaller shared pool too. We really enjoyed the breakfast which has both continental and hot breakfast items freshly made for you. Chris is a wonderful host and did her outmost to make us feel welcome.

We loved it!!!

Absolutely amazing place with a lot of details. Great breakfast with good products. Cosy and super clean rooms. Stunning view. All in all fantastic stay in Cape Town. Good recommendation for restaurants and activities. Super quite. Lovely host.

Clean and functional

A very modern and rather sterile but functional guesthouse.
The bedroom is functional and not one in which to relax - no easy chair. The light for reading in bed is poor. The only mirror in the room is placed over the make-up area but when sitting down, the mirror is far too high to be of any use.
The bed is excellent - firm with excellent bedding.
The bathroom has a rain shower (no bath) but lacks a hand shower. Hot water was rather limited.
The breakfast was excellent with fruit, cereal, cooked course, bread, juice etc.
Overall, this is a functional and very clean place to stay.
The swimming pool is more of a plunge pool than a swimming pool.

Great location!

We had a great time here! The property is so neat and clean. It's well designed, modern and full of great amenities like a pool, breakfast and an honor bar. The host, Christine, is very friendly and accommodating. I would definitely stay here again.

Stunning Place to be in Capetown

The guest-house Bayview is always a great pleasure. With an outstanding Breakfast and a great hospitality there is no need to go anywhere else. Thank you Christine and the whole staff for everything. There is always a next time to visit the guesthouse.
