This property will not accommodate hen, stag or similar parties. A damage deposit of ZAR 1000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Cots are available on request and subject to availability. Please contact the property directly. It is a requirement that all Guests provide proof of identification in order to receive room keys. Guests may use their valid ID, driver's license or passport as proof of identification. Failure to do so may result in occupation of your booking not being permitted. Please note that a full payment is processed when the booking is made. This resort imposes a group limit and booking conditions, and has special check-in procedures, and require additional deposits and indemnities. If you are part of a group or multi-party booking greater than 12 guests, please be sure to check directly with the resort as soon as possible after receiving confirmation of this booking. Please contact the resort in advance to make arrangements for late arrivals or arrivals on a Sunday/Public holidays. Please note that the resort cannot guarantee villas, suites or chalets booked are located close to one another. The use of braai’s (barbeques) is restricted to accommodation where the facility is provided at the unit itself.
