This is a recommended hotel in Haeundae!
The smell was good from the moment I entered the hotel, and the reception staff were kind enough to help me with my Japanese. The hotel is also well located and the rooms were very beautiful as it was a recently opened hotel. It was great to see the sunset from the pool on the roof!

L7 Vibe Right In The Heart Of Haeundae
Very new hotel that opened in Jul/Aug 2024! Location is excellent as it is strategically located right across the entrance to Haeundae Beach & Aquarium, while a side road behind the hotel leads to the bustling Haeundae town area with plenty of shops and eateries.
Got the Junior Ondol Suite - apart from the bigger space than the Standrd/Deluxe Rooms, it was worth paying more for the Suite as it faces directly for unblocked views of the Haeundae Beach and the ocean beyond. And the Ondol floor made it very comfortable in relax in especially when it was raining on our 2nd day in Haeundae/Busan.
Will also recommend trying out the hotel breakfast. Great selection of western and korean food, with my fav being the Gukbap station (Busan style pork rice soup/noodles) and the porridge station.
If there is one thing that can be improved, it would be on front desk operations. Asked a question about repairing luggage (handle broke during the transit at KTX station) and was given conflicting information by 2 different front desk staff. An additional suggestion that a guide of eateries/shops around the hotel can be provided that will be helpful to non-korean speakers (saw a number of westerners in this hotel as well who largely stayed within the confines of hotel + nearby building for their meals).

Amazing hotel with great location! Can absolutely recommend it and will stay there again next time I go to Busan. Easy accessability from subway right at the beach!

Friendly staff. Very tidy, quiet and spacious room. I had a room with a sea view which was lovely! Also great location. Strongly recommend this hotel.

When me and my friend arrived at the hotel we loved the look and the location of it! However once we saw the room and it had a single double instead of 2 beds which we requested we went back to the desk assuming it was a simple mistake. The lady at the desk told us they had no more rooms at all that day and what we wanted was just a want not a need which was crazy! Thankfully we contacted hotels.com who called in and rightfully complained. The lady then called us down and said I heard you want to change rooms, gave us a new room ( which was the one we booked anyway) with no apology and was quite curt about it. I think the thing that bothered me the most was her lying about not having the room when they did have it ( and it was what we booked) and the fact we had to stay in the hotel for 1 hour until the room mess was sorted. Her attitude was terrible sorry to say. We saw another family go through the same thing who booked a large room with 2 beds and ended up in a single room. They deffo had space in other rooms. Not sure why the hotel service lied to their customers, but I would never book L7 or lotte again.
