This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 7 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that during your stay there may be government water regulations in place, which may affect the use of the pool, watering the garden, or limit the use of tap water. The agency is not responsible for external matters such as works in the building or the surrounding area that may cause noise during your stay. To ensure a comfortable and safe stay, we request that our guests provide certain information before arrival required by the Spanish Ministry of the Interior according to Royal Decree 933/2021 of October 26, 2021, which came into force on December 2, 2024 and requires all travelers over 14 years of age to present a valid identification document before check-in.
