Amazing hotel. And the staff was super nice. The apartment was cosy and comfortable and the pool area beautiful.

We had an amazing mini break at the Regency. Wish we had more time the place is amazing. Alex on reception was the most helpful person we came across in Tenerife. Keep doing what you’re doing

The hotel is in a quite location and set out nicely with parking, the rooms are large, the kitchen has all the items needed apart from a washing machine and a dishwash. The bedroom and bathroom could with updating air conditioning unit cracked and a strange 5 litre water bottle wedge in it, tap have lost the chrome finish they are so old, mirror in bathroom cracked, it’s time to update the whole place.

We loved our stay at the Regency Country Club ! Good breakfast variety, great swimming pool, nice bedroom. The only point we’d raise is that smoking is permitted next to the pool… with the wind it’s really not nice to have people smoking/vaping next to you. We’ll be back :)

The Staff ist very friendly and cares a lot for customers to have a good stay. However the apartments are quite old and definitely need some modernisation. They are as clean as possible considering the use over the years. The pool area is great and the best part of the hotel. However within the area around is nearly nothing available without a car. Within the apartments it is quite loud at night as the walls seem to be thin. The restaurant is nothing special but ok.

You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Please note the cardholder name used for the booking should correspond to the guest staying at the property. For reservations made by a third party, you will need to complete an authorisation form and present a copy of the person's ID and credit card. The following services are cancelled at the moment: shuttle bus, entertainment program, Kid's Club (we only have an unsupervised playground). Pool Bar - open from 10:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. PURA Restaurant - Open from 7:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m. Price for changing a pool towel: The towel will be free for the client, with a deposit of €10 that will be returned upon departure. Pool towel changes will be free every 3 days. Each change outside these dates will cost the client €2.
