Perfect little apartment. We had studio with balcony.

Very pleased with our stay here. Above expectations given the price. I start with the negative though, the bed is a bit small and a bit hard. The location is simply perfect, not if you are looking to lie on the beach all day but we have not been. We went to Sagrada de familia one day and we looked at a lot of other things that day. We saw Barcelona play against Getafe yesterday, we have gone to the beach which was crowded today and have eaten a lot of good things everywhere. However, good shoes are required as it is worth a lot to be able to take all the walks that in the end for us have been about 12 km per day. Very nice grocery stores here, of which condis which has most almost opposite. The AC is spot on, the shower surprisingly good with good pressure for long hair. The apartment was small but just right, dishwasher and washing machine, what more could you ask for? The staff is very nice, the cleaning great! Tomorrow we take the metro to Parc del laberint d'Horta, 7.4 km one way felt a bit much since it will probably be a little more than 15 km plus everything we walk there, it will be hot even tomorrow. Was a little unsure about this keyless but it is extremely convenient, we always use the code as it was easy to learn- 6-digit. Today when it was very hot we would have liked to have a pool but we would probably have had to pay more than 100 euros more per night if we had chosen such an option. The terrace at the top is much nicer than in the pictures, I think, and there we have enjoyed breakfast. Shop with fresh bread (bakery) is also opposite. You don't have to go hungry in this area, it's full of restaurants, bakeries and pastry shops. The balcony in the room is very small, the noise level from the outside disappears almost completely when closing the balcony door which surprised us. We are staying here for a few more days but we are so happy so we take the opportunity Things to do our review now so that we don’t forget Things to do when we get home to everyday stress. We thank us already now but will stay another 5 nights (been 4) and enjoy everything we have time to do.

Shit customer service. No commercial gesture despite the mishap we suffered.

1st day of our arrival, I shower in the shower of the room, blocked shower so shower overflowing.
The next day, they come to solve the problem, so I shower in the other shower.
And from the second day, a smell of moisture and pipes came out of the shower for the rest of our stay (4 nights), which was very embarrassing for us, and for my daughter but especially for my 7 month old baby who was sleeping in this room.
I have written to the customer service who tell me that they have fixed the problem of clogged shower and will not make any commercial gestures to me, which I find scandalous considering that we slept 3 nights with my baby in a foul smell. And this even after closing the shower door and the bathroom door.
So I really regret my stay in this apartment hotel.

great hotel in great location

We stayed twice either side of a weekend as we travelled to the UK, strangely we were in the same room both times
Hotel in great location, just short ish walk to plaça CATALUNYA and metro stop
Bedrooms large with nice big towels in the bathrooms
Well stocked kitchen for, everything we needed for short stay
We met Nina one of the staff who was very helpful
Only downside is that rooms were too hot, our room was about 24 overnight (we know this as we have electronic device with us) that’s too warm for us to sleep, no point opening window to Main Street as it’s too noisy for sleeping at night, noise didn’t bother us with windows closed
We were told room air control is in winter mode so it’s only heat not cool, but we could have a portable air con machine in our room if we wanted it/ asked for it - would one machine cool two bedrooms ? Anyway …..
My suggestion is that just let the guests decide what temperature to have, ditch the ‘winter mode’ and give us the ability to cool our rooms down/ have them the temperature each guests wants
Being too warm resulted in us not having a good nights sleep, so can’t give 5 stars unfortunately
On our trip to the UK, the hotel there let us control the temperature, so why not in this hotel ?
Other than that, I would recommend this hotel and we would definitely stay again
And the ease of using the smart phone to enter hotel/ room didn’t phase once we got used to it

Nice apartment

The location is really great! Close to the subway, but you can also see many sights on foot. The hotel and room door could be opened with the key code via app. Since we arrived early, we used the free lockers for our suitcases. The apartment was modern and nicely equipped with everything you need. Bathroom was big enough too. Breakfast we got from the bakery across the street. All in all it was a nice stay. The only minus was that it was already very clairvoyant.

We had wonderful stay from a start to the end. I could not ask for more! Excellent location, wonderful bed, shower, everything. Highly recommend it!
