Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. Smoking on site will incur an additional charge up to EUR 600. No parties or events are allowed during your stay. From 23:00 onwards, it is mandatory to keep noise to a minimum to respect the rest of other guests. Pets are not allowed. A deposit of €600 may be requested at check-in. This deposit is fully refundable at check-out, provided that no damages have occurred to the property and the house rules have been respected. When booking more than 28 days, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Guests are required to clean the kitchen prior to departure. A cleaning fee of EUR 100 will be applied in case the kitchen was not cleaned.
