Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. Please note that the hotel reserves the right to pre-authorize your credit card. Adults Recommended. When booking 5 rooms or more, different policies and additional supplements may apply. Accommodation with pets, ONLY DOGS ALLOWED. The conditions are the following: • There is a dog fee of €10 per night and a cleaning fee of €20 per stay. • Maximum weight: 10 kg • Accommodation with dogs does not include a bed, food bowl or water bowl. • Dogs are not allowed in areas where food or drinks are served or in wellness areas (swimming pool). Upon arrival at reception, we will request your credit card number as a guarantee for your reservation. This information will be handled with the utmost confidentiality and in accordance with all current data protection regulations.

Please note that under Royal Decree 933/2021, effective February 1, 2025, hotels in Spain may request certain personal information at check-in, including but not limited to identification, address, email, and phone number for guests 14 and older, as well as proof of relationship with minors under 14.
