A good stay
A very good basic but friendly hotel in an excellent spot. Not far from two underground stations and the airport flyer bus stop. The reception staff and cleaners were friendly and could not do enough for you. Small pool at back of hotel was a good amenity.

For your Safety stay away .location attached lots of drinkers on nearby streets
This hotel is owned by family who own drapery shops under hotel apaartments they rent .ok the hotels attraction is cheap selling bad location rooms rooms over door to entrance. I don't like to give place bad review it's leased to a girl on night we stayed girl wanted to jump from fourth floor I rang owner and said was busy at 4am lol busy .rooms are OK good size .Nice staff but owner also owns appaartments he will take your deposits for winter let's and lie you paid tell you deal with agent his gran daughter in shop offered me services "" might suit some all this revive is only my opinion soly my advice don't rent appaartments hotel is ok fir. Dhort stay shops don't trust but extra services if inclined my opinion again .now I expect this to be told I am lieing I have photos if you really need to see and in my opinion it true

Do not book this accomadation
Booked for 1 night - On arrival the building was locked – I had to ring & wait c.15 minutes before a member of staff arrived and opened up.
The receptionist then rushed check-in, taking payment and telling me that the apartment was on 2nd floor. There was no suggestion of showing me to the apartment.
After climbing 2 sets of dark dingy stairs, I reached the apartment. Opening the door I was greeted by the over-powering smell of air freshener – I dread to think what smells were covered up.
I opened the window to let in some air, however had to close same immediately as the smell from outside was equally as bad as the inside smell.
The apartment was very dark and uninviting. The bed linen was stained/dirty, the fridge, shower & microwave filthy. The table was scratched and there was no paint on much of it.
There was absolutely no way, I was going to could stay in such a dirty, filthy place and had no choice but to turn on my heel and vacate same.
The receptionist was not at the desk and I again had to ring her to ask her to come back. I heard her return but she did not come up to the apartment.
I picked up my bags and went to see her at the reception desk. I told her about the filth and dirt that I had encountered and advised her that there was no way on earth I could stay in such filthy accommodation. Immediately, she apologised and offered a full refund …….that is without even checking the apartment to confirm that what I was calling out was indeed correct. This surprised me, but maybe that was because she was aware of the filth.
As a result of the above, I had to drive an hour back to my previous night’s accommodation which thankfully was available.

2 night stay for the feria sevillana
Booked classic double, room very dark and painted purple and a small window with little natural light. Room was basic but had everything you need for short stay, TV fridge, cooking rings microwave, free wifi
However, hotel is in great location, right by marina and short walk to main bars, restaurants and beaches etc
Parking is a nightmare, there is nothing in the streets and spaces full day and night. There is parking at marina at 2 euros an hour! No overnight price, parking is 18 euros a day in virgen del Carmen, 10 mins walk away or parking further back in torrevieja by Mercadona, at 10 euros a night but be prepared to walk about 20 minutes.
Overall, a good base for a budget traveller.

Good value in a central location
Booked a room with my wife for 6 days. Clean functional room with a good bathroom and large TV. Cooking facilities comprised of two electric rings and a microwave. Limited but sufficient cutlery and utensils, except for the absence of a collander. Plenty of room for two and a reasonable price. Paid far more for less, so a happy customer.
