The service was excellent (the staff was really attentionate !), the location is great (you can reach the historical sites very easily by bike), the site and the view are great! The main downside is sleeping : the room is not isolated, neither from noise nor from light. There are very noisy boats passing anytime during the night, cute but noisy birds and lizards, and the sunlight will wake you up pretty early if you don't have something to cover your eyes. But with something to cover eyes and ears, it's a nice and enjoyable place :)

Had a great stay at the Phuttal home stay. The staff barely speak english but was able to communicate using google translate. My daughter really enjoyed feeding the fish in the river.

Great homestay

We arrived in the dark and struggled to find the entrance and were delighted the next morning to see what a beautiful setting this homestay was in. Breakfast ( selected the night before) was served at a table facing the river and we ate listening to the birds. The room was very comfortable with quiet and efficient air con. The staff were wonderful and couldn't do enough for us. They organised a tuk tuk tour of the main sites , a boat trip to see the temples at sunset and a taxi to the airport. Highly recommend

Very disappointing

We had booked in a guest room to also have contact with the owner, he told us the villa we had booked, no one came with us at the entrance, the next day we did not even see him. The villa advertises on Booking with an area of 140 m2 in fact the bedroom and bathroom is 40 m2 max and then there is a balcony and on the ground floor an open private terrace.Massages offered null null null!!!! This is the first time I have such a bad massage I had the impression that the person caress me twice I asked her harder but without result, she forgot to massage me a shoulder , a foot , in short null and at the price of other massage parlors. For breakfast it really takes a lot of time. In short, this is not an address to remember.

Great place to stay during your time in Ayuthaya. Conveniently located with friendly staff to help you at any time, clean facilities and quiet despite being just off the busy strip.
