You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly with the contact details provided in your confirmation. Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. A damage deposit of THB 5000 is required on arrival. This will be collected by credit card. You should be reimbursed within 14 days of check-out. Your deposit will be refunded in full via credit card, subject to an inspection of the property. The hotel collects a security deposit, also known as an accommodation deposit or incidental guarantee, to secure any deferred payments. This allows guests to enjoy hotel services and products, such as dining at restaurants, using the mini-bar, or booking services like limo or room service, with payment deferred until check-out. If a guest skips the check-out process without settling their bill, the hotel can use the deposit, with the guest's consent, to cover any outstanding charges. This deposit is primarily for provisional approval. If the security deposit is made via credit card pre-authorization, the hold will be automatically released back to the credit card within 21 days (depending on the issuing bank) if no charges are incurred Please note that the name of the guest on booking confirmation must be the same name as the credit card holder. Guest must present the same credit card used to guarantee the booking when checking in / making payment at the hotel. The hotel will collect a new payment if guests did not present their credit card upon check-in. Please note that in case of early departure, the hotel reserves the right to charge one night's stay as a penalty fee. This does not apply non-refundable reservations and room rates.
