Wonderful hotel facilities with poor WiFi and bad Air Conditioning policies

This is a big beautiful hotel with a wonderful breakfast buffet, unfortunately our experience was not good, I had a horrible night because they control the AC thermostat and also the wifi signal was very poor and wifi speed was mediocre, also limited parking , I will never comeback and I don’t recommend this hotel to anyone unless they fix the issue immediately, you made me feel miserable, I had to open the window for fresh air , but the noises of the trucks every 5 minutes woke me up,

Modern, new and clean

A newly opened modern hotel on the highway at the Rize exit towards Artvin in Rize. I don't know if they upgraded our room, it was one of the largest rooms I've ever stayed in. The bed was very big and comfortable. Everything was clean. It was very enjoyable to wake up in the morning with a sea view and people rowing across the street. The furniture in the room is modern and very aesthetically designed. It looks like European hotels. The breakfast is very good for a hotel breakfast. But of course, people have different expectations in Rize. There is no parking problem. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We stayed for 2 nights but wish we could stay longer. I hope hotel officials continue this quality service. A very new hotel with a high price/benefit ratio that should definitely be considered on the Ayder and Batumi road.

Weit unter den Erwartungen. Haben nicht unser gebuchtes Familienzimmer bekommen. Diese waren angeblich vergeben. Mussten uns mit einer Unterkategorie zufrieden geben. Haben somit zuviel bezahlt. Betten waren nur halb bezogen. Kompletter Boden, Bad, alles war schmutzig. Handtücher haben gefehlt. Am Boden neben dem Bett waren Pommesreste. Am Nachttisch Krümmel. Einfach nur schrecklich.
