Liars & Scammers waiting to spoil your stay and steal your money
While we were there the hotel decided to start major construction work and demolished the whole stairs throughout the building. All day long construction noise made it impossible to sleep. Every single day and all day long. We work online at night so it is important to sleep well during the day. Additionally, besides sleep quality the hotel endangers guests cause in case of fire/earthquake/any emergency it will be impossible to use the stairs, only the elevator which is not safe for evacuation. Please check the pictures attached.
When we requested to cancel the rest of our reservation and refund for the remaining days they refused. Claiming that It was our caprice or whim to leave them for no reason.
If the hotel had notified us in advance that they were going to start major construction work we would stay in a different place. As a result, we received no stay, no rest, no sleep, and no work. We simply wasted our money that was stolen by the Hotel for no reason without providing proper service.
We moved to a different hotel close by and contacted Booking Support. The hotel lied that we decided to leave ourselves and the construction is over, claiming that the hotel is okay. It was a complete lie as you can see in the attached pictures that were taken after we left so the construction was still going. However, Booking did nothing, both companies Booking.com and Yusra “Hotel” do not care at all about their customers and business reputation.

hotel employee refused us to check in
The hotel employee didn’t believe us, they called the owner and he refused to communicate with us. As a result, we were denied check-in and also refused to cancel our reservation and return money for non-provision of services.
We strongly do not recommend this hotel. Don't waste your nerves. This is the first time we have seen this, although we have traveled to Turkey several times already. We had to look for new housing on the spot. Terrible experience from the hotel, its employees and the owner. I have attached contact details and photos of the hotel.
