Terrible

We booked a room. We've arrived. We paid in cash, but they didn’t give us a receipt, they said they would give us a little later. When we checked into the room, the air conditioning did not work, it was cold in the room. There was cold water running in the shower. After 3 hours, we asked when we could finally take a shower. The answer was: we can’t help you. We wanted to move out, but they told us that you didn’t pay for the room!! We are shocked . THESE ARE FRAUDSTERS!!! We were not provided with services for our money! Disgusting service!!! Terrible experience!!!!!! AVOID THIS PLACE
