Had a really good last minute staycation at the hilton. Came to attend a wedding & didn’t want to leave because the beds were so comfy. Service at reception was great, thanks to Mark for extending our late checkout!

Great experience

I recently visited the hotel bar for a business meeting on a Monday late morning, and I was pleasantly surprised by the experience. Despite the bar being busy, it was incredibly clean and well-maintained. The staff were welcoming, attentive, and professional, making sure everything was in place without being intrusive. A special shoutout to Claudia, who added a personal touch to the experience. Not only did she make a perfect cup of coffee, but she also surprised us with delicious mini Welsh cakes that really elevated the visit. It’s rare to feel such warmth and attention in a hotel bar, and I’ll definitely be returning for both the excellent service and the memorable touch Claudia provided.

Room not cleaned no fresh water left in room ! Overall disappointed due to be charged a lot of monies for poor service.

Great business location in central Cardiff

Quiet and very comfortable bedroom with good air conditioning.
All the staff were very welcoming and helpful.
Closest parking is at NCP which is a short walk away. This car park restricts access to vehicle users only which improves security.
The Graze restaurant service was very friendly, quick and efficient.
