Good hotel.
Location was good
Beds were comfy
No noise from outer areas when in rooms
Bathrooms could have done with an extra clean especially with attention to the wall tiles.

We had a lovely stay at the Sheraton. The staff were all very nice and room was lovely. We prebooked breakfast but wouldn't do that again. The full english was small and very 'standard' nothing more impressive than a Wetherspoons! One coffee machine is a joke, the queues were ridiculous. At a 5* hotel, I'd expect fresh coffee rather than a low standard machine and one I have to queue for at that.

Blissful Birthday

My partner booked a spa day and overnight stay at the Sheraton for my 60th birthday. The spa experience was superb. My therapist Sonia was lovely and created a 3 hour experience that was a pure delight. The room was beautiful and the bar area very welcoming. It was a lovely way to spend my birthday.

Gorgeous !

Just been for afternoon tea.
The tea was absolutely gorgeous.
Unusual bites with beautiful taste.
Service excellent, waitress lovely .
Will certainly return !
The view over Lothian Road and the Usher hall was interesting too !
