Exceptional experience

We had an absolutely lovely stay here. Stunning property and such great hosts. Nicely decorated, large room with an exceptional view of the Loch, comfortable beds and modern stylish bathroom. The communal lounge area is superb as well and the food was great. Couldn't recommend more strongly. Special thanks to Clare and Lucy, and to the whole team!

Beautiful property outside Fort William. Lovely lounge with bar (and bar menu if one didn't feel like going out for dinner). Our room was clean (the heating system was a bit challenging). Breakfast was excellent, with many choices. The staff were very pleasant and helpful. We'd happily stay there again.

Phenomenal experience- we would give it 10 stars if we could!

What an amazing experience at this lovely gem! This turned out to be more than just a favorite spot on our trip. Not only did we make friends with the 4 lovely ladies running the lodge, but we also had a wonderful experience there meeting other guests, learning about whisky, and eating great food, as well! The whisky bar is extremely impressive! I was a bit under the weather during our stay here, but my other half really enjoyed learning about whisky, doing tastings, and talking with the staff. We also met some other wonderful couples and had some enjoyable conversations over our 4 days here. This stay fell in the middle of our time in Scotland, and it was so great to feel like we wanted to go "home" for the evening. We ended up eating dinners and breakfasts there during our stay. The pizza is on point, the chicken curry is wonderful. The breakfasts were all wonderful! It is a clean, well-kept lodge with such wonderful character and it is so obvious that Claire and the ladies put so much love and heart into this place. Even now, I wish we could go back and soak up more of this amazing atmosphere. This was truly the experience we were hoping for in Scotland and we were gladly overwhelmed by how amazing this place is. I can't say enough good things about staying here. If you want a unique experience, with wonderful staff, and a cozy atmosphere, this place is for you. I can't recommend it enough!
