Awesome hidden gem. Perfect for families!
The first room was done out like a bedsit with butterfly folding dining table, tea, coffee and breakfast making facilities (kettle, coffee pod machine, fridge, toaster). The hosts supplied everything you need for a good, healthy breakfast including cereals (Cornflakes, Weetabix, Fruit & Fibre, Alpen, and Porridge Pots), plenty of fruit (apples, bananas, satsumas), bread for toast, milk, orange juice and water in the fridge as well as little packs of butter. There was a little rack on the wall with those cute little individual pots of jams and marmalade! There were also little packs of Nutella anda Marmite, plus the usual teabags (inc decaf), sugar and the usual sachets of drinking chocolate, instant coffee, little packs of biscuits, etc. So there should be something for everyone. The kitchenette also had plates, bowls, basich cutlery (knives, forks, spoons), mugs, glasses for wine and ones for juice, as well as plastic breakers.
The bed was a double/king-size and there were two bedside tables with lamps. There was also a plug-in fan in the room.
I liked that the main door of this room opened out onto the back garden which backs onto open fields and the river Nar which runs at the bottom (not a big river). It was nice to sit in bed in the morning with a cuppa and the door open looking out into the open.
We also loved all the little finishing touches such as the masses of little boxes of games, playing cards and jokes, books, badminton set, and so on. Enough to keep almost everyone happy.
The second room was a "normal" bedroom with a bunk bed which had a double size at the bottom and single at the top. It also had a dressing table with hairdryer in the drawer and a large wardrobe with extra bedding and travel cot and plenty of hangers. It also had a mini fridge and its own television.
The bathroom was huge with a lovely deep bath, separate shower, sink and toilet.

Had everything we needed for our short stay in Norfolk
Loverly view of the river from our room at the back of the property. Lots of birds visiting the feeders.
