Later winter break

Loverly two night stay and the amberley inn
Great friendly staff stayed in a premier room which was always warm with plenty of hot water for the shower and sink.clean room with a comfy bed and clean linen and towels. only had breakfast which was very tasty especially the sausages and bar area was very cosy with a great rage of drinks.best of luck to the owners for the future

Lovely stay in a beautiful location. Our room (2) had dual aspect windows, beautiful views, and to top it off, a four poster bed. We ate in the bar area in the evening and there was plenty of choice on the menu. Waitress was chatty and professional.

Superb stay, hotel so helpful

My wife and I booked to stay at The Amberley Inn with our two dogs - one of which was very old. In the two weeks between booking and the check-in date the old dog took a turn for the worst and any sensible person might have had him put to sleep but as he had been with us for over 13 years we were reluctant to do so. The Amberley immediately offered us a superb ground floor self-contained cottage within their grounds, it was perfect for us as our booked room was up a steep flight of stairs and we would have had to carry the old dog up and own. The staff at The Amberley went out of their way to help us (and the old dog) by bringing all our meals to the cottage. The food was very good, the breakfasts huge and we had a super stay. Thank you to all the staff of this gem of a Hotel.

Long live a traditional inn!

We’ve just returned from a beautiful stay at the traditional amberley inn. The beer and wine selection in the bar was diverse and well kept- always a great start! . Our room was a premium room which whilst pricey over the weekends in comparison to other places we looked at in the Cotswolds we thought was very reasonable for the price.
Staff were all very pleasant and a joy to help in any way they could. Both breakfast and dinner were cooked to order, fresh and well made. It was nice to see so much care!
We will definitely return and take advantage of some of the lower room rates in the week when it’s less busy- the joys of retirement!
