Not so good
We were given room over looking a court yard......well if you call 1 broken fridge freezer 2 washers, beer kegs bins, ladders , wheelie bins Generally a rubbish tip.
All you could hear all night was the fans going from the kitchen.
Bin men arriving early slamming bins around
Then the kegs were been moved and bottles thrown into a bin.
Women outside smoking the smell drifting upwards.
The buffet style breakfast you were not allowed to serve yourself.
Food set out did not look appealing.
The best part of our stay was the actual position of the hotel everywhere within walking distance.

Wouldn’t recommend to anyone
Our ‘superior’ room was quite big however was poorly decorated. It took almost all of my efforts to get open the stiff door. The blinds didn’t close properly (meaning I woke up at 5.30am the day of the wedding because it was so bright). Also being on a main road meant that it was quite loud.
The (quite smelly) bathroom is another story. The power shower was far too harsh and either boiling hot or freezing cold, the shower head didn’t stay up on the riser rail. The shower door didn’t close meaning the floor got soaked, the bathroom ceiling was covered in mould and the hot and cold taps were permanently on (unable to turn them off). We got the guy on reception to see if he could turn them off and he came up (strangely he had no shoes on around the hotel our whole visit). He couldn’t get the taps off so he said to leave them on and tell them if it gets annoying.
The small TV didn’t work. We went and spoke to the receptionist in the morning to ask to either change rooms or get our money back for the second night so we could stay somewhere else. She was quite rude and told us we couldn’t get our money back so moved us to another ‘superior room’ that was a lot nicer than our superior room.
The second room was very clean and well decorated. Still some blood on a chair and a dirty fridge and the shower head still fell down.
The full English was good, I asked for no mushrooms, beans, black pudding or tomato and had a very empty plate (I thought they might compensate with an extra sausage or egg or something). The continental breakfast was cereals, 4 slices of cheese and ham on the buffet and toast.
The woman on reception was very accommodating every time we saw or spoke to her after the first encounter when we asked to change rooms.
Very strange looking outdoor area that looks like a load of random garden furniture has been put together. Overall, very strangely decorated, unclean hotel. I wouldn’t recommend or stay again.

Mr Chauhan
I got into the hotel at 01.00 in the morning so straight to bed.
Not a good nights sleep you can here people walking around and uncomfortable bed. Went to have a shower and the temperature control has been broken off so you have no control over the settings. So the shower has scolded me this morning. !! Did not continue and got changed and went to reception. I was obviously very angry at the situation so I asked for a full refund as I couldn’t have a shower which is not a good start to the day. I was told that I could only have a refund if £10.00 so I just walked out without having their breakfast!!.
THIS PLACE SMELLS AS SOON AS YOU WALK IN LIKE A OPEN SEWER. The tv had no sound also.
DO NOT USE THIS PLACE. I will be reporting this place to trading standards
