Well worth a visit
Had afternoon tea which was brilliant and a massage at the spa which was perfect .

Wedding September 2024
From our initial inquiry back in January, to the day we checked out after our Wedding, Sean had everything organised. He helped to make the day run like clockwork, and even went above and beyond by helping us source batteries for our grandchildren's toys, to ensuring we didn't miss our breakfast on the checkout day, even though we overslept.
The rooms are very nice and the food from the restaurant is top quality. Even the breakfast is of a very high standard.
Our family and friends have told us how much they loved their stay in the hotel and we love it here. We will definitely be coming back again soon.

This is your Early Morning Wake Up Call!
As I was at a party and thought my head would be a bit tender the next day, I paid £25 for the late checkout (normal time is 10.30am, late checkout is 12.00pm).
Approximately 11.00am, I receive a phone call from reception to ask when I would be checking out? I was a bit confused by this and initially thought my late check out had not been registered but this was not the case.
In my opinion, it's not exactly great customer service if you're going to be calling guests a mere 30 minutes after the regular check out time despite having an extra 90 minutes in the room.
I quickly packed up and checked out as I felt quite put out by the call. Shame, because the hotel is in a nice location and I was going to book for Valentine's Day for myself and my wife but I'll be looking elsewhere now.
