Fun and safe!
The hotel was great. They had a good variety of food between the restaurants, lobby bar and lobby market!
The spaces for the conference felt a little crowded when the rooms were filled, but it was good for the most part.
I appreciated the space and atmosphere throughout the premises. A lot to do and great for downtime between sessions!

Loved the facility and the location. The parking/check in process was a disaster, no directions, no carts no help from employees. Additionally. The bar closed before we could buy 1 drink after our initial victory in Atlanta. There were probably 100 people waiting and the bar closed while filling 1/2 of our order. We were sold 2 glasses of wine, but they refused to deliver the two beers we ordered.

Great staying in downtown Atlanta.
Room was clean in the downtown.
Hotel connected many features like skywalk.
It is close to train station nearby to go to the airport.
Nearby many areas to visit for everyone's wish.
Olympic park is really beautiful with fountain and close to the wheel.

We had a great spring break trip visiting Atlanta. The hotel was nice. Housekeeping came everyday and made beds, emptied trash, etc. Elevators were quick. I felt safe inside the hotel at all times.

Relaxing and Good Vibes
Beautiful, architecturally significant facility! I don't normally love hotels but this place was great. I came for a conference and felt really rested and stress-free at Hyatt. The bed and pillows were incredibly comfortable. The elevators were a highlight. The quick bites food options in the hotel were pretty good, especially the BLT sandwich. Many more options down toward the MARTA tunnel - check out Aviva! The pool was closed. I used the fitness center and I work out pretty hard. I thought it could use some fans and more upbeat music, but it was well stocked. I had a quiet room on the corner. I use white noise when I sleep which was fine. Sometimes there were sirens or cars blasting music very loudly outside, but it didn't wake me up.
