Great location with multiple restaurants and stores within walking distance. Staff was very friendly. Shuttle runs to/from the Midway Airport every 20 minutes, so you never have to wait long. Breakfast was fresh and plentiful. Will definitely stay here again when visiting Chicago.

We were very disappointed to learn that there was construction going on in our hotel this weekend. There were several hotels in the area that we could have stayed at...we chose this one and we had no lobby to hang out in. This was real unfortunate as we were there with our daughter's volleyball team. Also, the thermostats in the rooms were set at 73 and would not cool off. We turned ours down to 69 on Friday and by Sunday, it was still 73.

Overall, it was a good stay. It is convenient for an early flight out of Midway, and the shuttle is always on time. Upon check-in, the woman at the front desk was not friendly and barely made eye contact with us. However, the morning staff was exceptional!

The hotel is fine the staff was great. We drove 13 hours (road trip from Virginia traveling to South Dakota) and showed at 3 pm for check in just to be informed that the hotel canceled my reservation. They did not call me . I was using my phone as GPS so they send a email about the cancelation. What really disappointed me was that I called a day earlier to make sure everything was fine and I was informed that everything was great and waiting for our arrival. Thank God! One of the associates was able to find us rooms on spot. We could not get the bed requirement because there were no more 2 queen beds room available. Nice place but I don’t find them reliable. Will never booked with them again. I have use hotels.com for more than 10 years and this is the only hotel that canceled my reservation upon arrival. On our return trip we stayed next door on the IHG hotel better service. I do not recommend to stay at this hotel. You need peace of mind when traveling and they are not reliable. We book the other hotels in advance and we did not encounter any issue. Just with this one.
