Will stay there again. Rooms spacious and clean. Beds comfortable. Only complaint was parking lot condition after recent sniw storm. Location convenient to get to.

The location was extremely convenient - right off the highway. The room was very clean and the staff friendly. Pulling back out of the parking lot in the morning is a bit difficult as visibility of on-coming traffic is restricted.

Avoid This Hotel – Horrible Customer Service, treatening & Unjust Treatment

I had a terrible experience at SpringHill Suites Bentonville and would strongly advise against staying here.
During my stay from January 28–30, 2025, my room’s shower had almost no water pressure, making it impossible to take a shower. Due to work commitments, I reported the issue via Marriott’s app chat at 3:45 PM. The staff said no maintenance was available and asked me to switch rooms, which was inconvenient. I didn’t even ask for a refund.
To my shock, when I returned later, the hotel manager, Tim Davis, and Front desk Donna had forcefully checked me out without informing me and refused to let me stay, claiming that I was not happy with the hotel, so I was not allowed to stay even i am trying to reason with them and trying to explain my issue. When I asked for a refund for the night of January 29, they refused since they had removed me from the hotel. Worse, they called the police to have me escorted out—all because I raised a legitimate issue.
As a Platinum Marriott Bonvoy member with 10+ years of loyalty and 375+ nights stayed, I have never encountered such unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. If this is how they treat loyal customers, I can only imagine how others are treated.
I highly recommend avoiding this property—management is rude, dismissive, and unwilling to resolve issues fairly. This place is an embarrassment to the Marriott brand. I have formally filed a complaint to Marriott to look into this issue and i will be complaining to BBB, too.

We did not charge for that night, so I'm not sure why you keep repeating that on every site you bash us on. We tried multiple times to find a workable solution, you literally said "it was too big an inconvenience, feel free to check out." We asked you to leave due to your hostility and aggression, not because you weren't happy with the hotel. We called the police because you refused to leave and were causing a scene. The "legitimate" issue was not repeatable on our end and was filmed to be fully functioning, which the claim would not have just repaired itself if there was an issue.

I was amazed by the spacious room & how clean everything was. Front desk service was excellent. We had to leave an hour earlier than the breakfast start time but the hot coffee was already set out. The pool was clean: chlorine very strong.

Decent hotel. A few issues.

Our focus for this hotel was purely to sleep as we were visiting family and not able to spend much time here. The staff were incredibly friendly and hospitable, however the room had a few issues. Despite some of the reviews here, the pillows were not fluffy and were as flat as a pancake, making sleeping very challenging. The biggest issue was the shower. Upon arrival, we noticed black mildew in the corners along the ceiling and although there was not much of it, we were curious as to how it got there. We didn't have long to wait. Our first night there, my 10-year old son took a shower first and the water pressure was so strong, that he was crying due to the pain. The water coming out of the shower head felt like metal B.B.s. I put my hand under the water and it hurt badly, even with my high tolerance for pain. Secondly, the water pressure was so high, that water spilled out of the curtain sides and top (from ricochets) of the curtain rod. Water was all over the ceiling, the walls and the floor. We had to go to the pool to obtain nine additional towels to dry up the water on the floor so we could walk on it to get out of the small bathroom. Our temporary fix was to take a washcloth and cover the shower head, tying it up there with my daughter's hair tie. This satisfactorily lessened the shower pressure but the washcloth caused the water to spray everywhere in the bathroom, which was about the same effect as without the washcloth on the shower head. In any event, we made it work, although we still left the nine towels on the floor to keep it "dry". My last point is that, we pre-paid for this hotel and the charges should have been completed, however when we checked out, a random $46.00 charge showed up on my credit card. We are not exactly sure how or why this spontaneously displayed on our card but we will be reaching out the hotel here shortly if it does not display what the charge is for.
One last thing, it can be a bit tricky navigating the streets to gain access to the hotel parking lot. It is a safe place and perfectly located, just give yourself some time to access it, via the stoplights and one-way entrance.
Your mileage may vary with this location but we were a bit non-plussed with it.
