The room was great, service great but would have been nice to know from hotels.com that the place was under construction and we would be woken up early on a Sunday with pounding. There were a couple big pink stains on the floor, some on the curtain and some on the ceiling. Beds were comfy. Clean. Otherwise, it was nice.

Horrible stay

Room was clean, front desk staff was very nice and helpful, my first stay, I experienced, the refrigerator door was covered in grease, my second stay, checked in at 3pm, shortly after got a knock on the door from them claiming their self to be maintaine , to fix the curtain rod, as a single woman, i felt scared and uncomfortable, like why didn't they fix it before i checked in, very uncomfortable situation, upon checking in , was uncomfortable, so many shady people in the hotel, like a well fair hotel, with obvious, hookers, in the lobby, so disappointed

Finding pests in your room and experiencing strong odors from neighboring rooms are absolutely unacceptable, and we sincerely apologize for the discomfort this caused. Additionally, the condition of the rooms you stayed in from the shower wall damage to the loose stovetop is deeply concerning. Please rest assured that we have immediately escalated these matters to our maintenance and housekeeping teams to ensure these issues are thoroughly addressed.
We understand that traveling for a funeral is already a difficult experience, and the last thing we would want is to add any stress or inconvenience. It’s disheartening to know that your stay did not provide the comfort and peace you deserved.

The women who checked us in at the front desk was an angry person. The room smelled like a mix of chemicals and cigarette smoke.

Hill to Hill Grille

Zack, at Hill to Hill Grille did an amazing job with our big family. He was EXTREMELY accommodating to everything we needed and helped us navigate through our stay. He was short staffed and did an AMAZING job multitasking through his numerous duties!! Zack is a fabulous addition to the Comfort Inn and you must stop in to see him!!!!!
