Great Hotel in a central location.

Room was great! Quiet and clean. Service was great. Assistant Manager Michael was excellent and very helpful. Valet guys were great. Took good care of my car. Towels changed daily and supplies were replenished. Restaurant was good and coffee bar was good. Looking forward to going back soon. My new favorite in the area.

Overbooked sent to Holiday Inn

This was an awful experience and I just can’t believe that Hilton thinks it is okay.
After traveling for 10 hours, I arrived to check in at 9:15 only to be told they didn’t have a room for me and I had been moved to the Holiday Inn 15 minutes away. My car which I valeted had been driven off. A line formed behind me to check in and I spoke to the manager. He didn’t apologize and said he had no rooms and I was the only one without a room pre-assigned. I asked if they could shuttle me to the other hotel since it had been such a long day and I didn’t have my car and I didn’t know the area. My friend had just warned me about how the area can get shady if you make a wrong turn. He said he couldn’t so I said I couldn’t move hotels. Then he said he wouldn’t have a king room. I said I didn’t care as long as I got a bed there. No apology. He gave me a key and as I walked away, he told the next person in line…a long line…that he was off the clock.
Oh, and I did get a king room.

Great location terrible service.

Not good for so many reasons. I wish I had checked reviews in advance. Check in should have been at 4. We had 2 rooms one was filthy trash beds not made. Did not get cleaned until after 4. Our tv did not work, needed to wait until after 8 for fix. Bathtub plug did not exist. No conditioner or bath soap. Breakfast cold. When we arrived early valet woman told us we could not park until after 4. I argued and they did let us park and check bags. Everything was a struggle and tiring.

AVOID!

AVOID! This was a horrible experience, the worst I have ever had with a hotel. My car was towed from the attached parking garage without any due diligence from Hilton to inform me of proper parking procedures. There was no proper signage, communication, nothing! It is a trend that they are aware of, and unknowing patrons are caught in the mix. It is also very unsafe and a liability! I spent half of my time speaking with the manager who verbalized that we would take care of the situation, as well as their claims manager. Both of whom told me that they would work with me on the situation, but now will not respond. I am completely upset with this immoral and unethical business in Buena Park.

Good location if you want access between Anaheim and Los Angeles

This hotel seems relatively new and going through some growing pains. First off, it’s either park on the street or pay for valet. The parking structure next to the hotel is not hotel parking. Furthermore, the hotel is awkwardly located in that it’s between a residential area and a shopping mall. You will literally drive up to the front and across the street are homes. The room itself is modern and the staff was very friendly. Shout out to Rosa in housekeeping who found my forgotten jacket in the room and carefully folded, bagged, and left it in lost and found. The valet guys were cool to talk to. The hotel is about 10 minutes from Disneyland and not a far drive into Los Angeles.
