Comfortable Room

Front desk staff and housekeeping were great, friendly, and helpful. Breakfast area was better than average. Did have to let staff know coffee was empty. Room was comfortable. Bed slept great. Shower head had nice pressure and was taller to accommodate my height without having to duck. Nice conference room with restrooms across hall. Workout room was very nice. Indoor pool looked nice. Thanks for a nice stay.

Don’t bother pre-checking in

I checked in the day before as I am traveling for business & I prefer a first floor room if I can get it. It was available, so I was super happy until I arrived. I like a key card because my cell phone is unreliable so when he handed the key card & it had a 4th floor room, I said no, I checked in already & it’s room 106. He said oh, there isn’t a room attached to your reservation so my theory is that my room was given away. He said there’s only the 4th or 6th floor is available I said 4th is fine as long as it’s close to the elevator which he said it was. Well, it’s not so when I got in the room, I called down & he then told me it was the last room available. Weird since he just said there was a room on the 6th floor too. I wasn’t happy, but then asked if I could at least get my water for being a diamond member. He did bring it up for me. I thought this hotel was newer but it is already worn & tired with chunks missing out of the furniture. This is not the place to stay. Not very welcoming & not what I expect from a Hilton property.

Got in on Sunday evening get to my room it's freezing in there. The thermostat and heater would not work together so pretty much has to keep it like 75 in the to keep it comfy but to comfy. Toilet paper holder was broken. Wifi didn't work well. And beds were not comfy at all.

The first room had no electricity at the living room sofa table or the computer desk. The phone was not connected...so no phone....the second room had a dishwasher full of DIRTY dishes and the shower did not provide sufficient water flow for a satisfactory shower for a small person, let alone a larger man. I have stayed there many times, but the quality of the stay is depreciating..,

Went down for breakfast and coffee was out and no butter for toast. Never restocked breakfast items. So if you went down to eat within the last hour of breakfast there wasn’t much to choose from.
Also after prepaying for the room they wanted to charge me more.
