Super friendly staff, comfortable rooms, great location for our needs (college group staying at nearby youth hostel). Have stayed here multiple times previously and will be back again in the future.

Once of my favorite hotels I've stayed at. My room appeared to be newly renovated and was lovely. Everything was clean, in working order, and very beautifully designed. The bed was so comfortable and there was plenty of space throughout the room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. I will certainly be back!

This was our 3rd time (maybe 4th actually) staying here. It felt very tired and lots of dust on the headboards, ledges, etc. in the room. The bathroom felt grungy and the room and bathroom had about 12-15 white blank switch plate covers over what would have been old outlets, etc. Just feels past due for some updates including a deep clean.

Was an amazing experience. The hotel architecture and structure are great. The location at Chicago Loop give us access to the main tour points walking or using public transportation.
And an excellent service. In special the Michael, Tim and Showtime.
Definitely will came back and its a great choice when visiting Chicago
