Awien is the best

Awien is the best! She made the check-in process so smooth and easy. She was very flexible and accommodating to our circumstances. The hotel is very clean and the room was promptly ready. It’s in a great location as well. I would highly recommend! 10/10

Stay again

Had a good stay again. Did have an issue with one of gentleman at front desk being rude but a manager did help me with my questions and was very nice. The doorman is awesome (go gophers). Alonso Garcia from valet was extremely helpful and nice, if he is not a supervisor/manager the hotel is missing out on a great representative. Can’t wait to come back with my little one as she likes to be treated like royalty and the staff here does make you feel welcome.

Staff was great, hotel is really old and beautiful. Rooms are tiny and there’s no coffee in the rooms.

This is such a beautiful property with a classy historical feel to it. Awien was extremely helpful and had exceptional guest service, the lobby was beautiful the room was extremely clean..Overall I had an amazing relaxing weekend for my spacation!!

Amazing place to stay. We always stay here when in the city. Excellent service and beautiful hotel. Beds are so comfortable. We brought an infant and everyone was kind and accommodating.
