Centrally located to downtown, easy train access, a short walk to Millennium Park, Art Institute and Michigan Ave.

We loved Chicago! A date night in another city with good food, great vibes and comfortable stay at a modern hotel. The W Chicago is in a class all by itself! We will be back!

Stay was okay, staff put us in a queen room even though we booked a king. Went back down to the desk and they switched us out. We missed our dinner reservations because the ordeal took about 30 minutes. King room had some minor problems (paint peeling etc.). Pillows were horrible and hard to sleep on. Bed was comfortable though. Probably wouldn’t stay here again, but not bad for a 1 night stay.

Amazing location if you’re planning to come to Chicago. room is a little small but Great if you don’t stay inside of it. Staff was great answered all my questions and was not stingy with towels and water.
