The Wi-Fi was very spotty, dropping constantly.
The climate control facility on the riverside of the property was very loud making it unappealing to open the window for fresh air

Our room was not ready when we checked in at 4pm.
Desk staff were unhelpful from the start. They gave us our keys and didn’t give any instructions or directions until we obviously looked lost in the lobby.
I requested a king bed 3 months prior to our trip and it wasn’t fulfilled. We ended up sleeping in separate full size beds.
TV has terrible lines running through it no matter what channel it was on.
Pros:
Room was clean and bed was comfortable.
