Hotel room is beautiful, modern, has a smart TV. The lobby has a pool, pool table, and bar! Wish I had a second night! Also wish they didn’t double charge me for parking :/

Must stay there was fine. However, I was double booked. Neither the hotel or the booking site would help me in any way shape or form. Therefore they stole money from me. Multiple phone calls multiple emails. Nothing has been done. Would never ever ever use the services again literally stole money from me

The hotel is in a really nice area downtown It was a decent size for a family of 5.
The first night we arrived found that hotel only had 2 towels for a family of 5 obviously that is not enough I clearly booked the room for 5 and was charged extra When I called for extra Lowell was told it would be a half hour before they bring more It was almost a hour before I finally had to go down and get them The morning I was to check out there was no hot water I went front desk to find out why no hot water they didn’t have a explanation As I was going back to my room on 10th floor a lady up the hall from me asked if I had hot water and I told her no So it’s apparent the hot water was completely out on that floor at the very least. The hotel clearly needs to work on there customer satisfaction with the basic necessities

We had a group of 10 checking in, total 3 rooms. A hot mess, and Perla, the front desk receptionist, managed it all beautifully! Great location and vibe!
