Accessible room was ok. Needs bars for toilet. Coffee machine in room did not work, nor did 3rd floor ice machine. Bed comfortable although outside traffic from fast food was annoying.

Check in service was great! Fast and friendly. Room was good .. the only issue was the towels in the bathroom felt weird and almost had a "syrup" smell too them. I was too tired after 11 hours of driving, i didn't bother with it. Slept good, queen bed was comfortable and pillows were good.

Katrice at the front desk was absolutely wonderful. I had a prepaid reservation so didn't need much but the gentleman in front of me needed assistance. She was kind and patient and apologized to me for the wait which wasn't much.
I had a king room which was spacious, the bed was comfortable, and everything was clean.
Probably one of the nicest stays (at this price level) I've had.

Stay was okay and worked last minute for the night we needed while traveling. Could use some updating but clean for the most part with a decent breakfast.
