Property is very old and dirty. If you don’t mind old moldy smell then it’s a perfect price. The commode flushed very slow and had to hold down until it finally empties.

The service was bad , the room stanked . Drugs everywhere. People were talking very loud . Could not get any rest . Just stayed a couple of hours

Great area next to Hammond Square - retail and restaurants. Didn't hear doors slamming or neighbors, but we did hear some road noise since our room faced the road. Nevertheless, we rested well.
This is an older building, so nothing fancy and is decently maintained. Clean rooms. Good hot breakfast.
