Good option at JAX

We stayed one night before our 5 day trip and one after. Parking is free on nights you stay and $10 a day in between. Clean room. Excellent shuttle service (24/7). Breakfast so-so. No greek yoghurt; only yoplait with artificial sweetener. Front desk ok.

Good but updates are needed

The property was clean but could use some updates. Mattresses were not comfortable, and a walk-in shower is needed as that has become the norm. Property is west of I-95 with easy on/off. Plenty of nearby shops and restaurants east of I-95.
Exceptionally nice and helpful lady working in the breakfast area. Lady at front desk at checkout was smiling and professional.

Bittersweet

Some of the front desk staff. I loved, especially Ms.Q!The breakfast attendant was very aggressively rude for no apparent reason! She will portray to be this sweet lady, but her attitude is poor. Elderly woman or not it’s not ok! They need to retire her.

Breakfast?

Don’t plan on getting breakfast in a timely manner or any empathy from the manager. Breakfast items were not available even after waiting for 15 minutes. If you use points for your stay expect to be treated like a second class citizen. Stay away and choose another hotel.

Undesirable area

The airport area is really unpleasant and so are most of the hotels in it. I could not get into the room after checking in, had to remake keys again and still no access.
Had to get a different room; the room itself was not bad.
Would have been great if that airport area could have at least one pleasant hotel.
