Travel to New York

A very central hotel, the people who work in the very nice help you in everything and if they see that you doubt anything they ask you are very attentive. I went on my birthday and was surprised to knock on the door to congratulate myself and give myself a box of chocolates. Breakfast very varied. Everything is very well controlled there are peak times where breakfast queues but you are warned of peak times and not so busy. And breakfast has very long hours.

Amazing hotel right on the edge of Times Square, walkable to most attractions & if not, the metro is nearby.
Rooms were spotless & views were amazing.
There was a happy hour every day in the bar in the lobby & the food was great & reasonably priced compared to eating out in New York.
We stayed with a group of friends & had an amazing time in NYC 🇺🇸 🗽

I would stay at this hotel again. Excellent location. The staff could be friendlier tho. Not sure anybody likes their job. Only problem is elevators. Not enough for getting everyone down in morning.

We asked for a room with two queen beds. What we didnt know is that rhe beds are pushed together like one guant bed. We asked the front desk to separate them. But they said it was a family style room. Not a huge deal.
However, the elevator situation is a different story. Be prepared to wait over 30 minutes to get on an elevator, especially during breakfast hours.
