Upon entering the restroom, the towels were darkly stained (unsure if they were clean). Pillow cases were the same. There appeared to be feces smeared on the wall next to the toilet paper roll holder. We witnessed bugs crawling on the floor and wall early in the morning.

The worst ever no respect for ppl workers are in need of help they said they where forced into slavers by owners sad one if the workers comes crying to me said he hasn’t seen his family in a while and he working on for nothing give him a little bit of food. Just a room is life they need help.

My wife and daughter needed a place to stay overnight, and the first room that was given smelled of smoke, dirty towels, and a dirty tub. The second room was more of the same plus a broken toilet. The front desk was rude about their property being in the condition that it was in. No customer deserves to pay for those accommodations and rude behavior… I want my money back…

This was absolutely the worst motel i have ever visited. Definitely not what we saw in any or their very nice pictures. I would have given ZEROS on everything but location. My bed sheets were dirty. Entire room was nasty. Burn marks over tv stand. Holes in each side of bath door. Sink handle not attached to faucet. Holes in night stand. We checked out approximately 5 hours after checking in. Heating unit was nasty and didnt work.

No trash can or soap dish in room. Non-smoking room booked, BUT obviously smoking had occurred in room due to strong odor at initial entry. Broken knob and catch on bathroom door as well as unrepaired HOLE in bathroom door due to someone kicking it/forcing it open. Dirty room AND dirty bathroom (long purple hair at eye level on all 3 shower shower walls). Smoke detector started beeping every several minutes at about 6:30 am due to low battery. Lobby had obvious, dirty and sticky floor. Room booked was supposed to have sink in room, separate from toilet and bathroom, received bathroom which contained all three inside bathroom. I didn’t need anything but a clean room with typical “amenities” for a brief overnight stay, but what I received was YIKES! Guess it could have been worse, but that would have invoked a response by me to leave to find another room when we had just driven 3 hrs. to reach the motel at 10:45 pm and had to get up at 4:15 am when I had only 1 hr 30 min. sleep the night before.
