The staff were amazong. Our shuttle was very nice snd made great recommendations related to activities n places to eat.
Our room was okay. The toilet didnt have a cover to show that.it was cleaned. In the morning, with more lughting notice red spots in the sheets. The pillows were terrible. Overall, probably would stay again would just.check things more closely.

This stay was amazing!!! I had such a bad experience prior to switching my hotel reservations to this hotel. ALL I mean ALL staff went above and beyond for my daughter for her birthday. Including balloons and a cake for her after a rough day! I felt so safe, comforted and wanted. I will stay here everytime I come to Annapolis from now on

Nice room but it was a double with door in between and we could really hear the other room. Otherwise pretty quiet. Very nice receptionist who put us where we asked. Had drinks at bar but didn’t eat there.

Awful hotel, not wothy of Hilton badge

Possibly the worst hotel experience of my lifetime. Originally supposed to arrive on February 17 but, due to bad weather, called the hotel to cancel. We were informed that it was too late to cancel, but they agreed to move our reservation to Saturday, February 22nd for a few dollars more. Upon arrival at the hotel there was no reservation and the surly desk clerk informed us we were being charged as a no-show on the 17th. She said we could talk to a manager in the morning. I attempted to get ice, found three ice machines on various floors, all out of order. Had a ten minute delay getting bags upstairs because staff was holding both elevators. Tried to call desk to find ice and found house phone also out of order. Hoping to wash away this horrible day, I attempted to take a shower -- no hot water. Individual at front desk in the morning said I would be getting a phone call about the reservation mix-up. No word so far. Would rate this hotel a zero if that was an option. This shouldn't be a Hilton, more like a Motel 6 that forgot to leave the light on.

Comfortable and clean hotel. Staff was very friendly and receptive. TV was great and shower which included body wash, shampoo, and conditioner was nice. My only issue is that Hotels.com advertised 50$ pet fee which wasn’t honored. Charged 75$.
