My trip was delayed because of an unscheduled landing of my plane, and my husband had to reach out to request late arrival and checkout. Kelly at the front desk did a great job helping us out - please pass on our thanks to him.

Nope…Never Again

The only thing stopping me from giving this hotel a 1 star review is because my room was clean and spacios. The room just otta be clean seeing as though it was not ready until an hour AFTER check in. When I arrived, the original girl at the front desk was nice but may have been new because she was clueless! After telling me due to a full house the night before NONE of the room with 2 queen beds were clean. I advised her I’d just got get in the pool until the room was ready. When asked where me and my family could change at, she told me the public restroom down the hall. Previous marriotts ive stayed at in the past offered a room that was ready for us to change until our room was available and she did confirm they had king bed rooms available, so Im unsure why the bathroom was our only option. Especially since I had a one year old child with me. Anyways, we changed in the restroom and chilled by the pool. I was advised the pool was heated but it was NOT. After being in the pool for an hour, my husband was ready to go because we needed to shower and get ready for a party we were attending that evening. I called to the front desk and the girl who initially assisted me was gone and replaced with the most IGNORANT representative ever. This womens ton alone is enough to make you want to book elswhere. I asked her about the room and she rudely gave me unhelpful information and said she will just call when its ready. When she called back she said with the most ghetto ton “yo room ready”! I walked to the desk without my wallet because the previous agent told me she checked me in and was just waiting for an available room, so i didnt think my wallet was needed. She rudely said “you aint checked in so I need yo ID”. I walked back to the pool, got the ID, and returned. Only for her to say “how can I help you”, as if she hadnt seen or talked to me 5 mins ago. I booked my room with points so she checked me in and gave me ONE key, even though my reservation showed multiple people on it. The bar and restaurant are closed on weekends, so I couldnt order anything and their credit card machines were down, so I couldnt get anything from the mini store on the side of the counter. Once I got my keys, I met my family at the elevators and waited for what felt like forever because there are only 2 and 1 was out of order. The room was nice, clean, and spacious; which is the ONLY positive thing I have to say about this place. Based on how many other reviews ive seen that complains about this places customer service, I would recommend Marriott to look into this because clearly hotel management is not taking these reviewe seriously. I will he writing a separate review to corporate to look into this location because something should be done. I would NEVER stay here again!

Great overnight before our flight out of Philly. Staff was amazing......the checkin, the bar staff, the shuttle driver (both for dinner and for the airport transport) were the best we've had in many tirps....
The room was a surprise.....clean, large and comfortable...Perfect for us! Thank you!

I stayed the night here when my flight was cancelled. I thought it odd that an airport hotel didn't have basic toiletries for sale. Otherwise it was a pleasant day and the room was very clean and the staff was exceptional.

We stayed for one night to break up a longer trip and the bed was extremely comfortable, very peaceful and relaxing. Good TV choices and plenty of dinner options to choose from. I would definitely recommend the suite it feels like a little apartment!
