Took forever for the water to get hot for shower, and the toilet did not want to flush.

The hotel is wonderful, most of the staff was friendly. My husband & I took a weekend trip just to get away for a few days to rest. First day & night was great, no issues at all. second night, highschool kids got dropped off, running up and down the hall, beating on our door. third night, same thing. We didn’t enjoy it the first night it happened but our last night was awful. called to the front desk to inform them of it. nothing was done. we had to drive 7 hours back home with pretty much no sleep due to tik toks being made outside out door, kids doing cartwheels in the hallway, beating on our door, loud music being played. and after complaints being made, nothing was done.

WAS A GREAT VALUE AND HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. EVERYONE WAS NICE FRIENDLY AND VERY HELPFUL. MADE US FEEL LIKE WE WERE WELCE

WE HAD A WONDERFUL TIME. ROOM WAS CLEAN, POOL WAS GREAT AND BREAKFAST BAR WAS VERY GOOD SUPPRISE. EVERYONE WAS FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. GREAT LOCATION TO EVERYTHING WE WANTED TO DO. KIDS HAD GOOD TIME AS WELL HAD PLENTY OF OTHER KIDS AT POOL. WE GOT TO ENJOY THE DECK AS WE LOVE TO BE OUT SIDE FOR COFFEE AND WATCH MOUNTAINS.
